• Delta Initiatives
  Crafted a case study telling how Delta Initiatives helped a college sharpen its IT services while saving the college $1 million. Interviewed contacts from both Delta and their client, and drafted case study to tell the story.

• Microsystems
  Using Microsystems case study format wrote client case study (client: Sonnenschein), to showcase Microsystems’ value to clients. Included interviewing client and Microsystems employees.

• RHR International
  Wrote client profiles/case studies for internal newsletter, Inside RHR
  (unable to post since this publication was for an internal audience and contained confidential, proprietary information)
